Teen Summer Reading Club

Calling all teen readers – join the Teen Summer Reading Club! Once you’re signed up, stop by any branch to pick up a Trope Bookmark (or two or three!) to fill out as you read your way through the summer with any book(s) of your choosing.
At the end of the summer, you're invited to join your fellow readers at an exclusive wrap-up party on Wednesday, August 26. Plus, you’ll get ballots for prize draws for all your completed bookmarks, the trivia questions you get right, and bonus points for sending pictures to ajaxlibrary_teens on Instagram. Best of all, we will be talking about books a lot!
The wrap-up party will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2:30–4:30 p.m. at Main Branch.
Teen Summer Writing Contest

Do you have a story to tell? We are looking for short stories (500 words max) and poetry! Submit your work to devon.ward@ajaxlibrary.ca and we will read your work, give you feedback—and of course—invite you to the end of the summer party, where we will announce the winners, eat snacks, and enjoy connecting with a support group of fellow Library users!
